Brief History

PerformusTrack was initially designed as an in-house solution for managing security officers and cleaning personnel.  The challenge was immense in that there were over a hundred employees working throughout the Atlanta MSA.  The security and commercial cleaning industries are low margin which prevented increasing field supervisors to an effective level.  The goal of the workforce management software was to reduce operating cost, improve service quality, increase client retention and control risk factors so as not to be named as a defendant in a lawsuit.  All at a cost-effective price point.  The software accomplished this through six functional area modules; Operations Management, Scheduling, Payroll, Performance Management, Education and Certification, Human Resources and Recruiting and Back-office Management.

Over several years of development and constant field testing, the software evolved into a comprehensive workforce manage software with a unique focus on automated employee performance management.  The benefits were immediately noticeable.  Once the performance module was released to for use by employees/officers, their performance dramatically improved.  Once they realized the way to earn raises, promotions and so on was to consistently meet performance scores which translated to improved client relations, the level of performance improved 89%.  Clients were more than impressed by the marked improvement and began requesting security services for additional locations.
